LYIS Book Club
Read. Reflect. Reimagine.
The LYIS Book Club, hosted by member Nasreen Hassan. Across twelve months we read the books that have shaped our members’ lives, left a mark on their values, or simply let us escape into another world. One book a month, one shared conversation.

How it works
One book a month
Chosen from the books that have shaped our members: leadership, learning, and the occasional pure escape.
Read at your own pace
Pick up the book whenever suits you during the month. There is no set reading schedule.
Then talk about it
Nasreen hosts a conversation at the end of each month. Come with a thought, a question, or a favourite page.
Reading lets us explore worlds beyond our own, sit inside minds different from our own, and return home a little wiser. That is the journey the LYIS Book Club invites you on: one page, one story and one shared conversation at a time.
Lead alongside people who get it.
Membership from £95 a year. Mentoring, member pricing on courses, first call on conference places, and a community that has your back.
