I am the Founder and CEO of Leading Your International School – an organisation whose mission is to ‘Level Up International School Leadership’. I visit international schools and their leaders all over the world to learn from them about their schools and their leadership. I then write about them in my books. For over 20 years I’ve been a teacher, leader, business owner, author and father.
